Smoky Mountain is the absolute best! I've been coming here since I was a kid and they've always been super friendly and the food is always delicious. The pulled pork is so juicy and lean it barely needs sauce. You have to order in the drive thru but can bring it inside and they will make sure you are taken care of! Love us some SMBQ!
The barbecue I remember from growing up in NC! We are their food 3 times in the week we were in Ashe County. It was delicious everytime. Their pork BBQ is perfectly traditional. Hush puppies and fried okra are delicious too. We didn't have anything we didn't like. They are drive through only but they have their system down because it didn't take us long at all to get our food - and it was hot and fresh! The employees were hard working and friendly. They do allow you to eat on the porch which is a nice offering too.
Good food. Anyone looking for job should apply. They need help in order to open dining room.
